Hello ETS team had given the exam on 20th November, but the result is not out yet. I have mailed three times and till now there is no response to my mail.
December 15 is the last date. If I am not able to submit my result till December 15 in the university for submission of result, then my admission will be canceled and my year will be spoiled. for which you will be responsible.Please give the result within the next 2 days. It would be a great favour by you.In the last mail I have given you all my details and I have sent you reminder 3 times.
Please give my result as soon as possible that I do my next admission intake . May my year not be bad.

Different reasons...
I took the TOEFL test from home. It cost me US$230.
It was supposed to be a 3 hour exam, and I was sitting in front of my laptop for literally 6 hours with 10 minutes to go to the bathroom. First, there were issues with the ProctorU and I had to talk to at least four different live assistants. I allowed them access to my laptop so they could solve the problem and I could start the test. Three hours later I was able to start the exam.
By that time I was already very stressed out, but I wanted to take the test FOR me. This detail is vital because a month and 6 days after my exam I received an email by Wendy Demby saying that my scores were cancelled because, according to their claims, I shared my screen or gave remote access to my screen to someone else -of course, how else would the ProctorU assistants would fix the software problem?! I repeat, I had to share my screen with the ProctorU assistants so they could solve the problem that was inhibiting me from taking the test. I cannot believe that they put me through so much stress and now they doubt my integrity.
I find it insulting.
If they do not resolve this by giving me my scores or my money back, I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney General in the state where I live. I learned that everyone having these kind of issues with ETS could file a complaint in their state.

I am Sahilkumar Patel, I gave my exam On 27th of September, 2022 at 03:00 pm IST from india. After that It shows your score is on hold, but now it shows that your score is not available and I can't understand what going happen there.
Also, now I am worried about my result, so please look into this and give my result because I have to submit this score card in my college for offer letter and it's urgent. Please try to solve my problem as soon as possible and I mentioned all my details above.
