Drove my high school son to mid-town NYC for our scheduled test 10/14/17 with our reserved ticket (booked and paid for weeks ago) to 1250 Broadway before 7:30 a.m. Drove home expecting to return after 12 noon to pick my son up.
After returning home my son calls tells him that the ETS person told him his (not everyone else) test had been cancelled for him and come back next week. Period. No explanation, no apology, no appointment receipt just a happy face card inviting feedback. When I called, I got a recording that indicated that some tests (what country or date???) were cancelled due to weather.
There are no weather issues in NYC today. How unprofessional and rude are these people? There appears to be no limit. They possess third world professionalism.
Fools that obviously do not depend on repeat business. I recommend you stay away and take their competitors test.
