ETS in Dallas, Texas - POOR SYSTEM! Result Cancellation

I reported to the center at least an hour earlier before my exam but I forgot to bring my passport. So they not allowed me to enter for the exam. I went back and get my passport in time to show them everything I have; driving license, green card, SSN and passport. I finally completed the test. After 5 weeks waiting, now the ets told me I failed to show them my identity before the exam and they are going to cancel my test, they wont be able to send me the official scores. I explained to them about the whole incident. But they are pushing to other party for the miscommunication and holding my scores. What are the system is this and it takes so long to get back to me on this matter. I have delayed my registration to the university. The customer care never update me with any email I sent. Please improve!

Details
I know for a fact that my test scores are supposed to be released today and at or around 5:00 pm eastern standard time. The evil tyrant government lackeys who are behind ETS go out of their way to hire some of the most mentally incompetent people to speak for them and make excuses for them as to why they can't release certain scores by a certain day like on the day the testing window ends. No I expect my test score results back this evening and I do not get them I am going to sue ETS nonstop until they give me my money back.

Details
I had set up my test EC-6 certification online for January 18th. When feeling I was not prepared enough I tried to have it changed to a later date I tried to log in to reschedule it for a later date. I was in a loop in the computer. When I called the lady (using that term loosely) rudely said it was a user error. When I asked her if I the login was case sensitive she said it was not. Then gave me directions (that I had already done on my own). When I followed them I again was looped back to the same page. She then put me on hold and came back to tell me I had done it wrong because the login was case sensitive. While on the phone with her - who was trying to hang up (I kept her on because of the previous technical difficulties) I rescheduled my test for Feb 9th. I took a screen shot. She did not mention there was a $20 charge for changing the date. The screen shot did not say it either. Printed it off, and on Feb 9th after having told several family and friends I took an unpaid day off from work to find I was not on the docket to take a test. The office to call (in NJ not Texas where I live and was testing) was closed for inclament weather. The website said My test was Jan 18th. The next day (today Feb 10th) I called to see what had happened. This lady informed me that since I did not pay the $20 fee the transaction was not completed. I explained the previous information. She said she was sorry I did not read the 7 long paragraphs that was click here if you have read box. I explained that neither did it showed I owed when rescheduling or did the woman on the previous call mention it. She repeated herself. I literally had my hands tied and had to say another 134 dollars for another test after taking an unpaid day off.

I agree with you. I feel like I am held hostage.

After four years of college, student teaching... it all comes down to this score. All throughout my education, they have stated how we should not solely rely on test scores to determine our student's intelligence, yet my whole career comes down to this.

I feel that for the price I paid for the test, I should have my score back before 4 weeks. What makes them qualified to be the authority?

I am in the same boat except I have been trying to register for the GRE for 10 days with no luck. I have emailed, called, waited on hold forever, all with no luck. They even erased a post I put on their Facebook page this morning.

Customer Service gives one the run around, promising to call by the end of day with a resolution. Not even the supervisor has the integrity to follow through with the promise.

It is really a shame that this organization can impact one's future negatively.
