I had cancelled a test within the 30 day window to receive a refund for $75 ( half of the amount that I paid for the test). ETS issued a refund to an account that had been closed, the bank had sent the money back, and ETS refused to issue a correct refund stating that I had to deal with the issue with my bank.

When I contacted the bank, the bank had told me how they had returned the money to ETS since they had refunded it to an account that was closed.

ETS was horrible in combating my issue and was extremely uncooperative. I have spent hours on hold trying to resolve the issue, when it is a very simple concept.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $75.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Unethical business practices, Complete scam.
