In my first exam as a minor they make you make mistakes to cancel your exam, for example they asked me to bring my cell phone to my room knowing that it is forbidden, they intentionally make you fail. I only looked at the time during a break without having explained myself well (I am a minor and it was my first exam), I find your criteria unfair

I took a major Praxis exam (from home) Sept.16th with ETS. I had a sick stomach since the night before.
I asked to take an unscheduled restroom break. They sent my finished exam to "Testing Integrity" (because I took a toilet break) where it sat for weeks. I had to call them to even find out that it had been sent there. I have called, emailed, left messages for 'analysts', sat on hold for sometimes an hour and 40 minutes just to try to get help.
Nothing. I've been told time and time again that I've been cleared of any 'wrongdoing" and the exam has been released to post. Nothing. For weeks I've been told that the next Friday, Monday, or Tuesday, the score will be released.
Nothing. My university is now demanding my score or they cannot allow me to schedule my next semester and Student Teaching. I'd have to wait a semester and a summer to continue my education. UGH!
I've written letters of complaint to no avail. My husband and I are ready to employ an attorney to help us get answers because nobody at ETS will get this resolved for me.
Any advice or help from others with a similar experience? This has been a nightmare.

ETS is badly in need of reform
After having a poor experience during the GRE Briefly, immediately after taking the GRE, I filed a complaint with ETS about my test experience in general, which I believe could use some improvement, and the attitude of proctors. After a number of unhelpful exchanges about the complaint, I received a short e-mail saying I could follow up with the ETS Office of Testing Integrity.
I want to stress that this suggestion was sent in response to my enquiries about the conduct of ETS.
Today, when I called the ETS Office of Testing Integrity they informed me that a hold of 4-6 weeks has been placed on my scores due to "security issues." As a result, I will miss the deadlines for graduate admissions and scholarship consideration.
And so, in addition to my original complaints, I am deeply concerned about the ability of ETS to administer the GRE. For instance, today the ETS Office of Testing Integrity informed me that ETS is "understaffed."
Since ETS customers service and integrity office have limited capacity, I would recommend contacting the deans and professors on the GRE Board and Advisory Councils: https://www.ets.org/gre/institutions/about/board_councils

Anytime I contact they r customer service , they redirect me to an eBook that redirects mW back to the TOEFL customer.
I had to buy the Pearson TOEFL preparation course. Double expense.

Waiting for refund
I booked an online test over a year ago (!) and it got cancelled by ETS on the day of the test (!). No excuse, no explanation, just "wont happen, book a new one".
So in order to keep the deadlines for my university application, I had to book a new test. This time with a late application fee. I asked for a refund and got no response. I asked again, they said they will check my case.
I asked again, nothing. I asked again, they will check. It has been over a year and I still want my 240 bucks back.
I am a student, and they mostly serve to students, this is ridiculous. This is a lot of money for me.

No voucher, Inconsiderate and not helping
I was scheduled to take my GRE exam August 22nd, 2021. Paid the 205.00 and never received an email they claimed I was supposed to receive about testing at home.
Anyway, I found out through YouTube and on their website that I had to test my computer prior before fine. When I did that, everything had the green check marks, except something about download speed. So, I contacted Proctor U because ETS was already not that friendly in the chat, and they told me to contact Proctor U. When I did, Proctor U says download this app, so we can check your computer.
It would not download, so I contacted ETS back because Proctor U could not do anything. I told them what the situation was they stated that I needed to email them explaining the situation and send them proof which I did, and it showed them my internet was acting up when I tried to get it from my internet company, they did a complete investigation and completely disregarded that and told me I needed to reschedule and pay another 205.00 for another test because I was given information prior to test my computer out, and it was like my computer was not compatible, so I sent them emails that stated my computer had a checkmark by it, and it was talking about download speed. I contacted them again to understand, and they did not try to help me, they just said as the email said you need to rescheduled and pay for a new test. No voucher, very inconsiderate and do not care.
They should know that people who are taking the GRE are spending a lot of money just to get into a masters program and paying pretty much 410.00 that I do not have.
They should really revamp ETS and do a better way of helping students who are struggling. I hope I never have to use them again after I take this GRE that I have to pay for again.

I'm not able to send the GRE score report to the university through GRE site. While processing the payment it is showing error.
I had been regularly checking it but it is showing the same. Please resolve the problem and let me know the update as soon as possible as it would be delay to the university.

Unprofessional, unorganized, slow, unreasonable, scammers. The list goes on. No refund while I was in the hospital with my dying grandmother.

I had my Home edition on 28th of February. In the break time I asked if I can stand up, I have been confirmed, I went to toilet and had a break and came back in front of the computer when there was still 1 minute left for break time to finish.
When the break time finished I told them that I can continue and they kicked me off the exam saying that I did something contrary to policy.
I contacted here on live chat and the support told me that they have filled a form and ETS will contact me in 7-10 days.
Now It has been 3 months that I am still expecting them to contact me but, nothing.
This is not fair and ETS is totally making a mistake!! I havent done anything and they cancelled my exam!!
I can prove in any ways that I did nothing wrong because I am totally right!!!
I do not even repeat the exam, since October I am waiting for them, my exam has been cancelled 3 times due to Covid and finally I decided to do Home edition because it has been cancelled because the centers were closed, as they told me, so I decided to reschedule it to Home edition and this is What happened to me with home edition!!!!!
I want my money back, ETS is stealing money from people, NOTHING MORE!!!!
And I contacted ETS 3 times, they told me that they will contact me first in 7-10, no one contacted.
Nothing is happening, I have lost 250 euros for nothing.
ETS does not even compensate its error.

ETS TOFEL account is not opening. I need to send my score report to university.
My name is Prabhu Preetham Dubba. I have taken my TOEFL exam on September 29th 2021.
I got my results in 6 days am very happy.
But now i cant open my account to send the official score report to the universities. please help me to open my account and send my score to universities before the last date it is very urgent please solve my issue.

Verified ReviewerError in the middle of the exam
I took the GRE exam in September 27th 2020. In the middle of my exam an error message appeared telling me to contact the administration.
When I tried to talk to my proctor she had already disconnected. I contact the proctor U website, and they told me to contact the ETS to ask for refund. I have sent several e-mails and the live chat and I've got no answer.
When I entered the live chat I had to wait 56 people and when my turn came it said that there was no one to answer me (which took me 2 hours in line). In summary, I have spent $205 in an exam that I couldn't finish for their mistake and I've got no answer about it.

This company is a SCAM
I cancelled a test 3 hours after I placed the order for an exam scheduled 60 days from the day I placed the order. This company refuses to issue a refund, I'm stuck paying for services I'm not receiving.
I don't know how this company hasn't had a class action lawsuit against them.
Their refund policy is completely ludicrous as it states if cancelled 3 days prior to the exam you only get 50% refund....I cancelled it 60 days from the test day, literally 3 hours after I placed the order. If I could give ZERO stars I would...
