Everyone should call the new head of Consumer protection and have the ETS PRAXIS exam and its officers investigated and shutdown! When ones child who works hard and has a 3.8 GPA cannot finish a degree or complete final semester in education student teaching requirement because of this test that has fees for over 3 times the checking of the I call BS and rip off ! Being the parent watching this and looking into the multiple complaints leads me to believe that Class Action suits are not the answer contacting Mulvaney to go after the PRAXIS and those who are using it to do harm with careers and families finances.

TOEFL Score Report not sent
I got a reply from the TOEFL admin because I complained in this forum. The complaint I had registered on the TOEFL website was completely ignored.
Anyway, in the reply that I received, the person had failed to understand my problem.
The problem is that my score recipient list was deleted/reset by the TOEFL admin because my exam was delayed and not because of any mistake on my part. I don't know if this stupidity is deliberate (wait, don't they evaluate our English comprehension skills?)

Accidentally Cancel the Score
I had a very bad experience taking GRE. I accidentally clicked "cancel score" and cannot go back to change the response.
The test center told that I can report the scores AFTER the test, not IN THE END of the test. The testing center didn't really explain the process. The system only allows one click is also ridiculous. People make mistakes, click wrong things, and should be allowed to go back.
I have to pay $50 for reinstating the scores. How ridiculous can this be?! ETS is a scam. I really don't understand why schools require GRE that is not relevant at all for the degree program.
Is GPA not enough?! ETS costs lots of money. Not all people have the money. If you make mistakes: accidentally cancel scores, put wrong dates, etc.
ETS doesn't have mercy.
Charge you $$$$$$$ to fix the mistakes. Ridiculous monopoly and scam!!!!

Took test - accidentally cancelled score
I took the gre. The staff had said the exam would show you your results and then you could submit them to the schools of your choosing.
After the four hour exam, they prompted me with the schools and if I wanted to report the test. I said โcancelโ because I didnโt know my results and I the test went fine - why Would I report anything? I was utterly confused but realized after I had cancelled the test. I had paid $200 and spent 4 hours of my time just to cancel it because of a poorly worded question at the end.
They said I have to pay $50 just to reinstate my scores and send the results. All of this shouldโve been included in the $200 cost. The staff had not adequately explained the process to me. I raised money from friends and family and I will be able to reinstate my scores for $50.
But this whole thing is ridiculous.
Why is this a thing? Who would want to cancel the scores and why would it only be one click to cancel them?

Math and Science were my last needed to pass. My results came back that I failed both. I am very disappointed in the ETS company for the way they administer their tests for future teachers of Texas. Not only do they update their exams continuously , but the way their exams are structured make it unfair for all.
We spend hundreds of dollars on testing material and websites that are meant to help us understand and study material that is related to the exam and what an actual teacher goes through in a classroom, but when the exam is given, the questions are nothing remotely close to anything studied. I feel the test is structured in the sense of trickery as to do what they can to trick the tester that in the end they fail. The questions given were in my opinion, not based on student academic knowledge or based on what a teacher goes through in a classroom. We do not trick our students to the point of failing.....why do this to us?
If a test is to be administered then every grade level should be represented on each question not just 5th and 6th grade which was an issue on both my Math and Science test, but each question should be straightforward. Every possible type of question for both and all subjects should be given not just certain types. I felt that not every type of question was present like I studied. Mind you, I studied material from 240 tutoring, Certify teacher, T-cert, TEA prep manual, Texes mometrix, Texes Core subjects, ETS prep, 2014,2015, and 2016 STARR practice tests, and tutors, and not one question on the exam was truly represented the correct way.
With ETS updated their exams, it makes it difficult having to spend money on material that is outdated. I know ETS has had issues such as apologizing for poorly scoring the STARR results for school districts across Texas, for other test takers, not refunding their money, or getting their information wrong. And yet here I present this issue in which I am not the only one to have and we all I'm sure feel as if were are getting the run arounds with ETS and don't feel like we are getting anywhere with them. I've even had ETS tell me that even if you pass certain portions of your test, that you should not skip them.
That they must be taken again so that your score is not affected. But yet my ACP program tells me its ok to skip that it won't so what have my scores been affected because I skipped the portions that I already passed? I have already called ETS I was told to send an email to 2 different email address making my complaint and a request. I still have not heard back from anyone.
When I keep calling they just tell me to send an email. I'm wasting time here and my career is being put on hold because I feel that this is all unfair. If ets created their tests right I would have the teaching position that my principle has been waiting to give me.
The request that I made with ETS was to be given a probationary certificate so that I can at least be given my position and that we can come to a settlement. I feel that is fair enough with all that I am going through.

ETS TOFEL Test cancelled after arrival w/o reason or notice
Drove my high school son to mid-town NYC for our scheduled test 10/14/17 with our reserved ticket (booked and paid for weeks ago) to 1250 Broadway before 7:30 a.m. Drove home expecting to return after 12 noon to pick my son up.
After returning home my son calls tells him that the ETS person told him his (not everyone else) test had been cancelled for him and come back next week. Period. No explanation, no apology, no appointment receipt just a happy face card inviting feedback. When I called, I got a recording that indicated that some tests (what country or date???) were cancelled due to weather.
There are no weather issues in NYC today. How unprofessional and rude are these people? There appears to be no limit. They possess third world professionalism.
Fools that obviously do not depend on repeat business. I recommend you stay away and take their competitors test.

The #49 State in Education is a devout promotor of Praxis. Enough said.
The problem with education is found within the administration whose focus is making money and not quality. You want a job, pay us! You need something? Pay us.
You want to teach for us, pay us for new training classes. You need a CPR Certificate even though you have qualified for one in the military, hospital employment, and scuba training, go pay for another certificate. You want a teaching job pay us a non-refundable deposit to begin the registration process. Pay for your transcripts.
Pay for your finger-print back ground check.
Now pay for the Praxis tests, pay for additional training, and classroom work. #49 State in Education and Nevada needs to discover they have found the enemy, and it is them.
ETS Refuse to refund
I downloaded one e-book in the website of ets. BUT I couldn't open the file, said that it was broken.

I am appalled at E.T.S. Testing Services.
They, have unfair testing practices and this is why they can not/ will not explain whether verbally or written how you received the score you got. They are a money making scam!!!
I can not believe our school systems rely on them completely. It is a disgrace.
I am deciding whether to write IELTS or TOEFL. Many people have complained regarding such poor IT management by TOEFL and there doesn't seem to be any follow up on what happened to those concerns or if they were ever addressed successfully.
Can you please update if this issue was resolved.

Sure. TOEFL has very bad and slow service.
They take a long time to reply. I guess IELTS does a more fair score reporting (based on a review I read from an online forum).
